Man takes a bullet between the eyes

CEBU, Philippines - A 20-year-old man was shot between the eyes while watching television on Tuesday evening in a neighbor’s house barangay Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City.

Mark Anthony Tibosan, who is a native of Bohol and resides in an uncle’s house in sitio Abuno, barangay Pajac, was taken to the Mactan Doctors’ Hospital. He is in critical condition.

His assailant remains unidentified.

Police said while Tibosan was watching tv, an unidentified man went near him and without provocation shot him in the face, the bullet exiting from his neck.

 Tibosan has no criminal record nor had he been involved in any trouble since he arrived from Bohol a couple of months ago, police said. – (FREEMAN)
