Drug suspect falls

CEBU, Philippines - A drug suspect was arrested during a buy-bust operation by men from the Basak police station Monday evening in sitio Centro in barangay Labogon, Mandaue City.

Jerry Bolito, 30, married, and a resident of the place was arrested after handing over two small packs of shabu to a police decoy and accepting P500 as payment.

Seized from him were drug paraphernalia and the P500. He is now detained at the Basak police station.

Station chief P Sr./Insp Wilson Abot said the police learned about Bolito’s involvement in illegal drugs from a drug suspect who was arrested earlier.
