CEBU, Philippines - Sixth district Rep. Gabriel Luis Quisumbing is worried about the rainy season.
Quisumbing, who has just joined the Liberal Party, said he wants to hasten the completion of various infrastructure projects such as road networks and drainage repairs in preparation for the wet season.
Quisumbing recently led the turnover of newly repaired and rehabilitated Cebu North Hagnaya Wharf Road to barangay Paknaan, Mandaue City.
