Korean arrested for malicious conduct

CEBU, Philippines - A Korean national was arrested for entering a staff house of an entertainment bar in Mandaue City Tuesday evening. 

Chulwan Hwang, 42, single, from South Korea, was arrested on the strength of a complaint filed by Eric Pacaldo, manager of Bulldog Entertainment bar in barangay Subangdaku, Mandaue City. 

The police said Hwang, allegedly under the influence of drugs, barged into the staff house of the bar at ML Quezon Street in barangay Maguikay, looking for his lover. 

Not finding her there, the Korean allegedly destroyed and damaged some of the things inside the house. Pacaldo called the police.

The police charged him with malicious mischief, disobedience to person in authority, and drunkenness. - THE FREEMAN
