Consolacion seeks P4.5M from senators Pia and Allan

CEBU, Philippines - The municipal council of Consolacion has approved a resolution requesting Senator Allan Peter Cayetano and his sister Senator Pia Cayetano to allocate P4.5 million to finance different projects in the town.

The resolution introduced by Councilor Iluminado Alin and addressed to Senator Allan Peter Cayetano asks for P1.5 million for the purchase of medical equipment and paraphernalia to be distributed to barangay health workers in the 21 barangays.

A second resolution addressed to Senator Pia Cayetano asks for P1.5 million for the construction of three barangay health clinics in barangays Garing, Panas, and Lanipga.

Another resolution addressed to Senator Allan Peter Cayetano also asks for an allocation of P1 million for the construction of additional classrooms for Sacsac Elementary School in barangay Sacsac.

Another resolution requests Senator Allan Peter Cayetano to allocate P1 million for the construction of additional classrooms for Tugbungan National High School in barangay Tugbungan. (FREEMAN)
