Lapu-Lapu SKF to explain side

CEBU, Philippines -  The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation in Lapu-Lapu City will meet with Mayor Paz Radaza to explain its side regarding allegations that some of its members had vandalized a hotel in Dumaguete where they stayed during the three-day SKF regional congress last Oct. 27.

 SKF president Nicole Balao, in an interview over radio dyRC, said they will tell the mayor what really transpired.

 She earlier denied reports her colleagues smoked marijuana, drank liquor, and vandalized their hotel rooms.

Balao said the stains on the pillows and bed sheets came from the henna paint on their bodies, adding that some of them had tried the services of a henna station during the welcome dinner, not knowing the paint would stain the beddings.
