3 men arrested for selling, possessing banned drug nubain

CEBU, Philippines - Three persons were arrested yesterday dawn for selling and possessing ampoules of the banned drug nubain in a buy-bust operation at Basubas Street in barangay Tipolo, Mandaue City.

Arrested were Thadeo Limpyado, 30, Alfredo Estrera, 32, and Melchor Frias, 30, all reside in barangay Tipolo.

All three men are temporarily detained at the Opao police station. (FREEMAN)
