Forest Hills hosts Cherrylume Pro-Am

MANILA, Philippines — Forest Hills Golf and Country Club is hosting the Cherrylume-Forest Hills Pro Am of the Professional Golfers Association of the Philippines (PGAP) for a second straight year.

The tournament will feature 60 of the country’s top touring and teaching pros teaming up with talented amateurs who will play the Palmer layout from Aug. 29-30.

Last year, Alfredo Repato Jr. and amateur Jonar Austria survived a three-hole playoff before pulling off an upset against veteran Antonio Lascuña and Martin Guiang.

“Forest Hills is firm in its commitment to help the golfers. The collaboration with PGAP yielded positive results,” said Forest Hills chairman Robert John Sobrepeña.
