The new faces of an American classic

MANILA, Philippines - American jeans company Guess has launched the successful careers of actresses and models alike, including Drew Barrymore,  Anna Nicole Smith, Claudia Schiffer and Adriana Lima. This year, Guess has tapped local personalities Vanessa Matsunaga, Kelly Misa, Mika Lagdameo-Martinez, Victor Basa and Junior De Morga to wear their latest collection, a play on current trends, along with go-to-staples and separates. This season, the women’s collection is all about playful prints, bright colors and dip-dye treatments. Interesting details such as dip-dye elements are an unexpected twist to tops and bottoms. Not to be outdone, the men’s collection is just as covetable, with a repertoire of shirts, button-downs and jeans. Plaids, checks and Aztec prints carry the offering, along with new treatments and washes for denims.
