MANILA, Philippines - You’d have to be blind to miss the printed ensembles on the SM runway. The department store sent out pantsuits in bold prints — from Bauhaus trompe l’oeil to geometric patterns to micro florals, with pants ranging from cigarette cuts to lean trousers to styles verging dangerously into capri territory.

Muscled men in teeny, tight briefs. How do they make you feel? Whether it was snugly-wrapped appendages in skin-tight briefs (so tight it sometimes felt like we were sitting in on an intimate session with their urologists) or butts bared by sheer underpants, the Bench Body show was an exercise in shock and awe.
