A shoe-in for London Fashion Week

MANILA, Philippines - For autumn/winter 2013, London-based designer Malene Oddershede Bach introduced her strongest collection to date, which traverses tailoring to embellished blouses, statement coats and a play on horizontal and vertical pleats across various styles complemented by her signature cutaway Scottish cashmeres.

The 50-piece collection encompasses sophisticated outerwear in the form of luxurious wool coats — mixed with delicate rabbit fur and leather panelling — and finished off with structured belts around cuffs, waists and collars. Desirable dresses and essential separates feature in the most luxurious of fabrics with an extensive colorway including red, bright blue, green and pink.

This season sees the introduction of the MOB by Malene Oddershede Bach accessory line, which features reflective featheredge belts in various colors and the MOB handbag line with a selection of clutches in various sizes, tote carriers and multifunctional backpacks/handbags. All styles featuring a statement cutout metal handle, created from the finest textured leather and quality metalware and craftsmanship throughout. The accessory line sees the introduction of the a shoe collaboration with Philippine brand Gold Dot (stocked at Solestruck and Karmaloop), featuring plain and printed statement pumps, boots and wedges with Perspex detailing across the line.
