Designer resolutions for 2013

Bea J. Ledesma - The Philippine Star

Martin Bautista

My goal for 2013 is to be closer to God, be a better version of who I am and be unafraid of challenges that will come my way. It’s really a test to overcome these things and make yourself a better person. Turn the other cheek, roll with the punches, take it all in, digest what’s happened and move on.

Michelline Syjuco

This year, I resolve to finally finish my fashion film and launch a new jewelry and bag line. To make sure I do it all, I’ve scheduled tentative dates for launching each project –– this way I’m pressured to keep working at a steady pace. No time to slack off!

I wanna travel more in 2013, not just overseas but I also want to explore locally. I feel embarrassed that I’ve never been to Baguio so I’ll definitely put that on my list. I’m gonna have to focus on what’s necessary in my life in order for me to do this successfully. I also have a resolution to tweet less, to buy less and save more this year.

I plan to travel more this year, because travel makes one more creative and it widens perspective. Nothing dulls me more than too much work! I think I’ll start buying plane tickets ahead of time –– I’ll get a better deal and have no excuse to cancel my trip!

Pat Mosby of ProudRace

For 2013 I resolve to: Take more photos and organize my photo library. Eat less and exercise like crazy. Interact more with people, on earth, not social media. Hold my breath longer and pull in my gut more. Watch more television.
