Women aging well

- September Grace Mahino - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Nothing is more dangerous to one’s self-esteem than being in a room full of beautiful women, and that was the scene last Monday evening when Facial Care Centre celebrated its 30th anniversary at The Conservatory of The Peninsula Manila.

Good thing it was a Facial Care Centre fête, as the company that has been a leading presence in the beauty industry is always at the forefront of research, products and treatments geared towards making women feel and look good in non-invasive and non-surgical ways.

The party was attended by the faces that have launched Facial Care Centre’s beauty campaigns: Dawn Zulueta-Lagdameo, Cherie Gil, Agot Isidro, Carmi Martin, Patti Betita, Giselle Toengi-Walters, Shalani Soledad-Romulo, Bianca Araneta-Elizalde and Amina Aranaz-Alunan. These women are also featured in Facial Care Centre’s 2013 calendar shot by Raymund Isaac and celebrating female beauty of any age and skin tone; a special calendar girl inclusion is stylist/writer Jenni Epperson. “Facial Care Centre was one of the first to support my blog,” Epperson remarked. “To think that they are an authority on beauty and skincare. I’m really thankful for their support and for including me in their calendar with all these beautiful women.”

Other featured faces in Facial Care Centre’s calendar were Stephanie Zubiri and Karen Pamintuan.

Aside from being serenaded by The Company, guests also enjoyed mini-games where the prizes up for grabs were Facial Care Centre gift certificates, Charriol bracelets and even a Chanel 2.55 bag.
