The sportswear trend as of late

MANILA, Philippines - The Olympics are here, and not just in certain arenas of London. Sleeker, functional, and minimalist clothing are appearing in runways. Moncler Gamme Bleu takes inspiration from rowing and fencing while adding more sportiness with hooded coats in more high-tech or comfortable fabrics. Others are also combining tailoring with ergonomic cuts that make this trend very comfortable and also practical in this sense. Varsity jackets and parkas are also definitely a mainstay, made with sweat whisking color and contrasted lining to add to the subtle sport feel to them. I’m not too sure how I feel about using scuba fabrics, and the really relaxed tailoring of some designers and brands, but I’m guessing it’ll catch on as well in some parts of the world.
