MANILA, Philippines - The season’s heat has been more bearable than during summers past but that hasn’t stopped The Ramp Crossings’ house brands from cranking up the temperature with their interpretations of summer trends.
At The Ramp’s Sartorial Summer fashion show held last April 12 at the Glorietta Activity Center, models and brand ambassadress Andi Eigenmann paraded down the runway dressed in the latest offerings from brands Amber, United Pop, Faith Hope Love, The Ramp, Mundo, Possibility, Analog Soul, Apartment 8, Cole Vintage, Cosmopolitan, Pill Clothing, Salsa Trends, Schizo, Seven Confessions, and Willow.
While each brand displayed a distinct trend in its collection, bright colors are the ubiquitous summer theme, from the color blocked dreeses of The Ramp and Possibility to the striking hues of Seven Confessions’ and Cosmopolitan by John Paras’ figure-hugging sheaths. Schizo presented sheer tops in neon and with tropical prints while Cole Vintage played with sheer fabrics, pairing flowy chiffon blouses with short shorts. United Pop’s figure-skimming draped jersey dresses in jewel tones are perfect for summer cocktail parties, and those who want a little more drama have the slinky ‘70s vibe of Amber’s maxi dresses to choose from. For swimwear, Salsa Trends, Faith Hope Love, and Possibility presented pieces in different cuts and styles to suit different body types, plus cover ups and sun dresses from Apartment 8. The shoe selection was also summer appropriate, as traditional wooden wedges get the color block treatment.
From the beach to the street to parties, The Ramp Crossings has got every shopper’s summer fashion needs covered.
The Ramp Crossings has branches in Shangri-La, TriNoma, Quezon Ave and Glorietta 3.
