Eternal summer starts with Folded and Hung
MANILA, Philippines - The Folded and Hung show channeled the three-day Coachella Fest as it featured its summer 2011 fashion trends. In a collection that is part Native American chic, part skater punk and part hippie funk, the youth-oriented fashion house offered up an impressive street style for everyday people. The summer offering from Folded and Hung featured floral and colorful prints paired with denim cut-offs and retro shorts. Loose-fitting jumpers and breezy sun dresses also made their mark in this season’s collection. For the men, a casual mix of resort shirts, dhoti shorts, soft cargos and Henley tees evoked the relaxation that is the trademark of summer. Colors were certainly not lacking in this collection that includes watery blue, juicy red and vivid orange in its palette.
With its declaration of style freedom, Folded and Hung officially declares the summer season open.
