Republiq of style
Feathered shoes, vintage-inspired dresses and floor-length gowns peppered the club. Perhaps inspired by the glamorous casino next door and Republiq’s posh space, these ladies were miles ahead of their peers in terms of style, at least.
Stephanie Henares
Stephanie wears an Anthony Ramirez cocktail dress, accessories from Aldo and shoes from Juan. Her style is partly couture to show that she can look formal but still stunning in a club.
Cat Arambulo
Cat dons a gown designed by Puey Quiñones, carries a clutch by Tory Burch, and shoes by YSL. She is wearing a contemporary modern-day Filipina outfit.
Rachel Tan
Rachel is in a Coca Couture gown, Swarovski accessories and Aldo shoes. Her look is inspired by Elie Saab’s spring collection with a hint of red carpet style. The gladiator shoes downplay the too-formal outfit.
Lara Parpan
Lara’s blue dress is from Mango and her shoes from Mathew. The clutch is Ware-house and the studded cuff and earrings are from Jaipur. She was in a “blue and silver mood.”
Bianca Salonga
Bianca wears a gray jersey and chiffon multi-layered dress by Willow. She pairs this with silver brocade pumps with olive feather details by LZ Punzalan and a black leather vintage purse by Christian Dior. The layered silver and crystal necklaces are found in a small vintage store in Le Marais Paris. Her look is essentially effortless, a mix of new elements with the old.
Kato Chua
Kato wears a made-to-order gown from Glitterati, her clutch is from YSL, the black patent, peep-toe satin shoes from Charles & Keith, cuff and peacock earrings from Forever 21. She is aiming for a “goddess look” from Balmain.
