MANILA, Philippines - As the modern guy’s guide to style, Garage magazine supports the emergence of new power players who will shape the local scene with their energy and fresh creative perspectives. This is why for the second year in a row, Garage has put together a list of tastemakers that are set to heat up the fields of fashion, visual arts, literature, photography, television, and film — the Young Talents of 2010: actor Dominic Roco, poet and artist Maxine Syjuco, visual merchandiser Dustin Reyes, designers and stylists Kim and Boop Yap, models Marvin Kiefer and Jessica Yang, photographer Ardin Tuga, VJ Chino Lui-Pio, fashion blogger Rosanna Aranaz, and artist Zoe Sandejas.

To celebrate this year’s young sensations, Garage held the Young Talents Party last Feb. 18 at the Fiamma Bar. Dustin Reyes, Kim and Boop Yap, and Zoe Sandejas were joined by Garage cover boys and fellow young talents Chris Cayzer and Jiro Shirakawa as they were presented by Garage editor in-chief Rey Ilagan. The young talents received a bottle of the latest Moschino scent, the Cheap and Chic Light Clouds and Gap The Original, as a special gift.

The Garage Young Talents Party was sponsored by Fiamma, HP, Moschino and Absolut Vodka.
