A naughty but nice Christmas at Agent Provocateur

MANILA, Philippines - At the Galeries Lafayette in Berlin, models decked out in ruffled underpinnings, cutout corsets and pasties so skimpy they’d make Santa, jaded from centuries of annual nighttime house visits, blush.

Modeled after the theme “Les Poupees de Noel” (that means Christmas dolls to you non-French speakers out there like moi), Agent Provocateur sent out girls channeling Lolita, sensual magicians (but not in the spirit of Criss Angel, mind you) and S&M zookeepers with a hankering for snakes. As fantasy girls go, the luxury label likes to offer something a little more interesting than Victoria’s Secret’s glittering glamazons.       —BJL
