Fine Filipino design
Ladies who trooped to Greenbelt 5 to view Filipino craftsmanship at its best didn’t fail to amaze with their simple yet stunning outfits. An obvious choice was bright colors, be they on a top, jacket or dress. The bursts of color definitely added punch to a simple outfit. Shoes were also all the rage as the ladies strut their stuff in gladiator high heels and pretty ballet flats and sandals.
An exclusive preview of apparel and accessories by famed Filipino designers was held at the Greenbelt 5 to celebrate Independence Day. The premier lifestyle and shopping destination was in full support as it showcased Filipino craftsmanship in “Designs Filipino,” a retrospective of the finest Filipino designs, held recently at the Filipino Zone in Greenbelt 5.
Among the Filipino Zone merchants to participate were Aranaz, Arnel Papa, Atelier Avatar, Bayo, Barba, Bonne Bouche, Gaupo, Jun Escario, Kashieca, KT, L Manila, Myth, Paradi, Religioso and Victoria Marin.
