 Jewel tones make a comeback (if they ever left at all). Whether it’s berry hues or wine shades, jewel tones make anyone look sultry and stunning at night. Best when draped all the way to a floor-sweeping stance, jewel-toned Grecian-inspired designs instantly lend royal allure. Goddess-like frocks flatter almost any body type because of their flowy silhouettes that hug and flaunt all the right places.

Thanks to Marilyn Manson, the gothic trend has been ignored for formal affairs for fear of looking, well, maniacal. But now, the neo-goth look is back. The modified version is a crossbreed of romance and goth as we know it. Romantic elements like lace, black and ruffles with neo-goth details prove to be the surprise of the season.
