MANILA, Philippines - Last Feb. 21, the four presidentiables in the upcoming 2016 national elections took the stage for the first leg of the Pilipinas 2016 debates. The three rounds tackled issues like poverty, development and the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) between Malacañang and Washington among other things.
