Brothers Phil and James Younghusband MANILA, Philippines - If this year was indeed the Armageddon that the Mayans were predicting, the Younghusband boys can feel rest assured that they’ve done their fair share in contributing to the good of the Philippine football society. Just in case you’ve been living under a rock all this time, brothers Phil and James Younghusband started their football claim to fame as members of the famous Chelsea FC team then slowly planted their roots in the Philippines as members of our National Football team, the Azkals. But football isn’t the only thing the boys have on their full plates.
Clear Philippines has decided to take the Younghusbands on board the brand, and it’s no mystery why. Globally, Clear chose famed Real Madrid player Cristiano Ronaldo as their endorser and who better to resonate Cristiano in the Philippines than the Younghusbands?

With the Younghusband’s continuing strive to get the Filipinos into the football spirit, the two brothers have started ‘The Younghusband Football Academy’ (TYFA) last January. Phil said, “My brother and I chose Clear because just like us, Clear is dedicated to help sports, especially football, grow in the Philippines.”
The brothers have a long trek ahead of them in the Philippine arena of football, but with their new partnership with Clear, their hard work will soon come into fruition.
