MANILA, Philippines - If you’re a die-hardest fan of Ang Bandang Shirley, you ought to block off this Saturday, 9 p.m. for their T-shirt launch and grand fans night at Route 196 along Katipunan Avenue Extension

It’ll be the second installment of Ang Bandang Shirley’s listening parties, “in fulfillment of the age-old prophecy of holding listening parties every five years concurrent with the release of each Ang Bandang Shirley album and fundraising merchandise such as well-designed T-shirts and precious curios to fund the production of said album.”

Geeky prophecies aside, you can also expect videos, poetry readings, assorted ukay-ukay of old and new Ang Bandang Shirley goods, plus performances by the band itself and its respective side projects.

For the shirt, the new Ang Bandang Shirley limited-edition shirt was designed by IDKIDS and available at the gig for a only P300-350.

Entrance is P150 with a free drink, plus giveaways of the limited “Tama Na Ang Drama” stickers and postcards by Everywhere We Shoot, Tof Zapanta and Yasmin Sison.
