One hunk of a beefy story

At its finest, a burger is one overwhelmingly irresistible hunk. You see it and you know you gotta have it. A Brothers Burger has never failed to tempt me. And when they came up with their latest Wagyu Burger, you bet I could not resist.

The Brothers Burger Wagyu Burger features a 220-gram Wagyu beef patty courtesy by Snake River Farms, known the world over for its American Wagyu beef. This patty is served humbly — the patty resting on a Kaiser bun with a slice of cheddar cheese and some fries on the side. After all, when a burger is this good, who needs anything else?

Believe it or not, Brothers Burger has been grilling up its famous patties for 10 years now. The famous brothers of Brothers Burger — DJ, Martin and Quito Jose — have lived up to their commitment of serving the best, freshly grilled beef burgers this side of the world. And today, indeed, the same great burger remains. Only this time, Brothers has also come out with a line of designer burgers, featuring their signature juicy patty with some tasty toppings.

One of my personal favorites is the Brothers Ranchero burger, a half-pound beef patty with some onion rings and crispy honey-cured bacon with some Texan barbecue sauce in a Kaiser bun. There’s also the Brothers Bistro burger, a half-pound delight with some caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, Dijon mustard, and creamy Brie cheese. 

Then, there’s the Blues Brothers burger, a half-pound beef patty with some cream blue cheese, sautéed mushrooms, crisp honey-cured bacon, and Dijonnaise dressing on a Kaiser bun. And last but certainly not least, there’s the Brothers Santa Fe burger, the famous half-pounder with jalapeño rings, chopped white onions, and three kinds of cheese on a toasted Kaiser bun.

The thing about eating at Brothers is you never stop with just the burger. I just love the onion rings on the side. They’ve also got some good French fries and Hot Bites, crispy nuggets of deep-fried chicken served with some gravy. A big come-on is the Brothers Big Meals with its Big Brothers burger, Hot Bites and crispy fish served with rice.

Whatever you’re craving, I’m sure you can pair it up with any of Brothers’ famous shakes. There’s chocolate, vanilla and strawberry to go crazy over. Plus, all the sweet treats you never thought you could find in a burger place.

Brothers Burger definitely makes a mean burger, but I have to say they make the most irresistible chocolate chip cookies, too. These cookies are large, buttery, and chewy with a lot of chunks of chocolate chips. They’re loaded and every bit addictive. I believe Brothers also makes some of the country’s best brownies — moist, chewy, and full of chocolate chips. It’s a chocoholic indulgence like no other.

For the ultimate dessert, Brothers Burger Cool Bites is simply hot! Imagine this: two huge, crunchy oatmeal cookies with a thick scoop of vanilla ice cream in between, coated with rhapsodic dark chocolate, and frozen till ready to be devoured. Definitely the perfect ending to any hunk of a burger meal.
