Hall of heroes

MANILA, Philippines - Julie Borromeo’s Performing Arts Foundation (Performing Arts) stages “Hero” on June 21 at the Meralco Theater.

The show is created, directed, and choreographed by Maricar Aragon-Andrada, and Anamarie Aragon-Quirino. Other choreographers are Ron Jaynario, Therese Jaynario, Gigi Aragon, Jake Garcia, Dave Nucom, Joshua Mendoza, and Rofel Artaiz, will be featured in the show. Guest performers include stage thespian Jaime Andrada, and renowned flamenco artists Angel Gomez, Jean Ho, and Cheryl Ng, from Performing Art’s sister company, Dance Circle Studio in Singapore. Set and light design is by Lito Borromeo. 

Performing Arts’ savvy spans 52 long years and has ignited world-class artists like Lea Salonga, Maniya Barredo, Agnes Locsin, Nonoy Froilan and many other professional dance and theater arts luminaries who have honed their craft from this school.
