Häagen-Dazs ice cream has always been a luxe treat. But what happens when it comes prettily presented among vintage chic styles, sleek modern interiors and French bubbly? Now that’s even more decadent! Finally, Manila got to, literally, taste the first-ever company owned boutique shop of Häagen-Dazs at SM Mall of Asia.

Launched recently, guests were treated to a sensual odyssey of the sight, sound, smell, touch and, of course, taste of the luxury ice cream. The highlight of the night was the dramatic unveiling of the Häagen-Dazs shop that showcased a selection of mouth-watering ice cream creations including Seventh Heaven, Chocolate Journey, and Fruity Journey. Häagen-Dazs’ world famous original fondue also tantalized in an area specially set up in the store’s outdoor terrace. (On regular days, this would be the ideal area to chill and indulge in your favorite flavor or creation.)

Check out the Häagen-Dazs Shop at the second floor of SM Mall of Asia. (The nearest entrance is through the north ground floor entrance.)

Dazzling radiance

Guerlain’s Parure Collection was launched as the first compact foundation that contains crystal pearls for exceptional transparency, unique radiance and perfect hold. World famous jeweler Herve Van Der Straeten, who also designed the KissKiss lipstick cases and the new look of Guerlain, designed the glamorous compact.

Sari, distributor of BlueQ concept products, wears a dress from H&M, a bangle from Firma and shoes from Solea. Her style is laidback casual to match her KissKiss makeup.

Trish, product manager for Luxasia, wears a cotton-abaca weave cocktail dress by Patrice Ramos-Diaz and diamond studs. For this event, she is channeling Tinkerbell as her inspiration and completes her look with Guerlain’s Parure compact foundation and Meteorites powder.

Founder and managing director of Chocolate Clothing Co.
