Malate turns Pink
March 20, 2003 | 12:00am
Malate denizens got a taste of world-class partying as local promoters Pink Org. staged the first ever Pink Party at Orosa Street hot spots Raj and Acquario featuring UK DJ Cass with the support of Globe Gentxt, Bailey’s, Vive Cuervo and Corona Beer.
For the benefit of the Positive Action AIDS Foundation, the Pink Party was an event for people  whatever their "preference"  who just wanted to have fun! And fun they had as the Raj-Acquario compound was transformed into a pink fantasy land with gauzy walls, disco balls, butterflies, feather boas hanging everywhere in nothing else but the color pink, pink, pink! Partygoers came out in full force to pack the place decked out in their best pink gear.
People let go of inhibitions and danced the night away while enjoying their taste of free pink Bailey’s drinks, gorgeous dancers and fantastic visuals. The event was also powered by Stage Craft International and supported by Music One and Tower Records.
