Inspired by its counterpart, FUBU Philippines has begun its search for the country’s first-ever FUBU image model. The FUBU crew has been trooping to campuses in the metro, looking for the person with the right image. The search has covered male students from the following schools: University of the Philippines, De La Salle University, Ateneo De Manila University, DLSU-College of St. Benilde, De La Salle Aguinaldo Dasmariñas, University of Santo Tomas, St. Benedict’s College, San Beda College and the University of Asia & the Pacific.
The FUBU Image Model Search is open to all young men aged 18 to 25 years old, at least 5’7" in height with good physique and, more importantly, who can wear FUBU with a distinct attitude. The winner will receive P10,000 in cash plus a whole year’s supply of FUBU gear. Aside from the chance of launching a modelling career, the winner will also be a VIP in all FUBU parties and events and will have the distinction of being the country’s first-ever FUBU image model.
