Major finds necessitate major support. Hip tribes-dudes can only be annointed once nominations are made, votes are cast, the results tallied, and the candidates screened. It is a rigorous process that presents a logistical nightmare. Well, nightmares are easily vanquished with superior planning. Produced by RPA People & Parties, the agency established formidable connections with the most popular school organizations in the country’s finest universities.
The hip plan: hip booths will be strategically set up in the campuses and hip student partners distribute the flyers thus, and nomination forms. Peers form the perceptions and, peers make the nominations. The nominator should fill up the form and attach a recent photo of his/her nominee. Candidates should at least be presentable with respectable academic standing. Tough  winners have it all.
Nominees should be 18 to 24 years old and at least 5’6" for male and 5’2" for female. They should be vibrant, witty, assertive and attractive. A trend and style setter, the nominees should command respect and admiration in their respective schools and communities. On to other matters, of a "gray" sort, candidates should have above average ability to speak and write in both English and Filipino with a valid proof of enrollment.
The Young Star-Lipton Hip Tribe embodies the youthful ambitions and aspirations of the rising generation. The elite circle, the cool clique, the teenage idols  the campus icons that would easily make it on the list of the "people most likely to succeed." Choose your candidates wisely. You know the people" we are talking about.
All nomination forms should be in on or before June 21. Send your entries to RPA People & Parties, 1610 Medical Plaza Ortigas, San Miguel Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Selected candidates and successful nominators win a surprise  and join the Young Star-Lipton Hip Tribe in an exotic island getaway!
