And then there was one. Victoria Adams, sorry, Beckham is the last of a once glorious but now defunct girl power pop group to check in with a let's-go-at-it-alone album. Posh certainly had her work cut out. Mel C had a winner with Northern Star, while Mel B and Emma Bunton scored only single hits. Then there's Geri Halliwell - four No 1s, two hit albums, loads of awards, and Robbie Williams.
Unfortunately, this self-titled CD doesn't get off to a great start, not with her debut single Not Such An Innocent Girl, which was trounced into sixth place on the UK charts upon its release, bested by Kylie's Can't Get You Out Of My Head and Mambo No 5 by Bob The Builder.
