Battle of the game show hosts

Christopher’s FAMAS moments
What happened to all the awards he bagged from all those filmfests? Age sure has a way of changing things. Unfortunately for Christopher de Leon, his acting/hosting skills have soured up. There is a difference between being zealous and outrageous. Which side is he on? No lifelines, indeed! And yes, that’s my final answer.
Edu’s strong link
A character actor indeed, this guy is good at being bad. Inheriting the Brit stiff upper lip, arrogance, sobriety and poker face, blood pressures soar with the sight of Edu Manzano pruning off the weakest link. The wink is enough to scare the boogey man, followed by the compulsory "goodbye" grin. Proof enough that over-enthusiasm need not be a formula for game show success.
Kris in crisis
O.A., colehiyala on estrogen therapy, and decibel defying -- they could as well be the mainstay adjectives for the most popular former Presidential daughter and host of Game KNB. But in all fairness to Kris Aquino, who is pitted with two veteran actors, she is, by far, the most fun and upbeat… not to mention fashionably entertaining. (It’s good that she ditched the Dick Tracy look already.) And it seems like she want everyone to get the million pot despite the contestant’s lack of general knowledge. Just cover your ears when she yells "Game ka na ba???"
