MasterCard launches Priceless Thailand

MANILA, Philippines -  Tee off with world-renowned golfer Sir Nick Faldo, embark on a local market tour to source fresh ingredients with an executive head chef and take a private tour of one of Bangkok’s most historic homes. These and other one-of-a-kind experiences are coming to Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket as part of MasterCard’s global Priceless Cities program.

The Priceless Thailand program includes specially-designed activities that give privileged access and unique experiences to MasterCard cardholders. Visitors can enjoy curated offers that continuously connect them to their passions in the four key areas of Eat, Play, Shop and Stay when exploring Thailand, the Land of Smiles.

From a royal weekend in Bangkok where you can have private access to the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall, Dusit Palace, to partaking in the ultimate luxury amidst the beautiful architecture and rice fields of Chiang Mai at the exquisite Dhara Dhevi, Priceless Thailand has something for everyone.

For a dose of culture, cardholders can go on a private tour of the 100-year old NaiLert Park Heritage Home, set amidst bustling metropolitan Bangkok, to view the house’s private collections of antiques and artifacts.

Food lovers can indulge in a bespoke menu paired with rare and limited wines from special grapes at Bo.lan, one of World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Or join executive head chef Vichit Mukura of Thai fine dining restaurant Khao on a private shopping tour of the farmer’s market to shop for local ingredients, which will then be used in a cooking class and enjoyed in an exquisite meal.

You can now explore and go beyond on the magnificent Eastern & Oriental Express where you will be welcomed by the train manager and learn of the history of the journey, and also receive a welcome bottle of champagne as well as a foot massage. This is a magnificent experience that should not be missed.

Thailand is the third Southeast Asia destination to be part of Priceless Cities, following the launches of Priceless Bali in August 2015, and Priceless Singapore in October 2012.

The introduction of Priceless Thailand marks an evolution of MasterCard’s Thailand Shopping Paradise in 2014, Thailand Shopping Celebration programs, which were launched in 2012, and 72 Hours Amazing Thailand programs which were launched over ten years ago in partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). During that time, cardholders have enjoyed access to a wide range of over 100 offers available locally The Priceless Thailand program will extend this even further.
