Each person can only participate in the survey once. Winners will be chosen by KTO based on answers in the “Opinion and Suggestion” part of the survey.

Only Filipino citizens currently residing in the Philippines are qualified to join. Survey period is until Dec. 20. Announcement of winners is on Dec. 23. All participants must provide exact contact information. For more details, call 880-0312.
