Gather the family and feast on a sumptuous Thanksgiving buffet spread at InterContinental Manila’s Café Jeepney on Nov. 27 and 28, including carving of roast turkey with giblet gravy, stuffing and cranberry sauce; glazed ham with honey dijon sauce; maple caramelized roast sweet potatoes; and luscious desserts like freshly baked Mississippi mud pie, pumpkin pie, apple cobbler, and pumpkin and cinnamon mousse in chocolate cup for P1,650++ per person.
For those who like it intimate, Prince Albert Rotisserie offers a 3-course menu which includes a refreshing salad of baby romaine leaves with caesar’s dressing, avocado and parma ham crisp, followed by cream of sweetcorn with duck liver royale. The highlight of the menu is escalope of turkey on buttered leaf spinach with caramelized sweet potato and a cranberry, tarragon and port wine jus. A pumpkin trilogy composed of pumpkin pie, bavarois and ice cream caps the meal perfectly. The Thanksgiving set menu is available from Nov, 25 to 29 for P1,500++ per person.

Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s all-day dining restaurant Cucina is all set for its gastronomic line-up of Thanksgiving favorites on Nov. 27.
Savor a juicy roasted turkey with a sweet potato mash and cranberry jelly. Also on the buffet are a slab of Virginia ham, roasted and chilled veal loin with tuna dressing on the side, buffalo wings and some succulent baby back spareribs. The classics are never ending with chicken pot pies and crab and clam and corn casserole.
Desserts include warm waffles, dollar pancakes with dark chocolate sauce, blueberry and apple pies and the delightful pumpkin tart.
Thanksgiving lunch buffet is at P1,580++ per person while Thanksgiving dinner buffet is at P1,980++.
