MANILA, Philippines - The dining safari continues as Marco Polo Ortigas Manila officially opens Lung Hin. Located at the upper floor of the hotel tower, Lung Hin boasts contemporary Chinese flare offering traditional and authentic Cantonese food and fresh seafood prepared by its very own Hong Kong chefs.

Lung Hin – “Dragon Pavilion” in its English translation – promises to embrace diners with an expansive layout and sleek interiors that blend in perfect symmetry with the restaurant’s exclusive private rooms ideal for intimate or business gatherings.

Diners are invited to experience an elevated level of sky-high dining with Lung Hin’s Taipan Lunch, highlighting some of the restaurant’s notable dishes like the Barbecue Pork with honey and chilled jelly fish, Braised Seafood Bamboo Pith with a bean curd soup and Stir-fried Sichuan Style Prawns among many other favorites. Lung Hin’s Taipan Lunch is available from Monday to Friday for a minimum of two diners.

The first 100 reservations under this special offer will be served Lung Hin’s much-raved about signature dish – Three-flavored Prawns.
