MANILA, Philippines - With Filipino visitors to Korea up nearly 21 percent in 2013, it’s clear the Land of Hallyu has become a favorite destination for travel-happy locals.

Each visitor to Korea wants to experience the latest trends, K-Pop concerts, the rich history and culture, food and shopping, winter delights, beauty and wellness, and so much more.

Recognizing the many sites and attractions of Korea drawing Filipinos and other visitors from across the globe, the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) has just unveiled its new slogan, “Imagine Your Korea.” It replaces the previous catchphrase, “Korea Be Inspired.”

The new brand slogan encapsulates Korea’s wide-ranging tourism assets, from vibrant shopping districts to its world-famous pop culture. Where scenes from movies and Koreanovela come to life, Korea is a place that turns the everyday into something extraordinary. And it’s alive with endless forms of entertainment.

The new slogan embodies vitality and energy, while the colors within the design mirror traditional Korean Hanbok clothing.

To help launch the slogan, a new promotional video has been released, featuring the popular K-pop group Big Bang, the honorary ambassador for Korean tourism.
