Sabroso! gastronomical journey at Midas Cafe

MANILA, Philippines - Midas Cafe lays out its first-ever food festival – Sabroso! A festival of Filipino gastronomical expressions, a buffet of signature favorites of various regions in the Philippines.

Executive chef Arnold Guevarra and his culinary team take you on an amazing journey to Northern Luzon, Southern Luzon and the Visayas and Mindanao.

Savor laing, tinumok, sinaing na tulingan, shrimp ukoy and nilupak from the spicy towns of Legazpi City and the province of Marinduque in September.

Make a fuss of the famed dishes from the island groups of Cebu, Guimaras and Leyte to the tropical paradise of Bohol with sinugbang manok, kansi, pansit molo, lato/guso and binignit in October.

Relish the fantastic foodstuff of Cagayan de Oro and the surf magnet island of Siargao, as well as endless heaps of durian from Davao with sinugbang nukos, curacha y locon, kinilaw na bariles, halang halang nga manok and marang og balimbing in November.   Available for lunch and dinner at Midas Cafe of the Midas Hotel on Roxas Blvd.
