Infinite possibilities for Brushstroke Creatives at 8
MANILA, Philippines - A pioneering full-scale creative print service provider, Brushstroke Creatives (BC) offers innovative and art-driven services primarily large-format digital prints and automated cutting solutions.
Using a wide range of materials combined with the team’s roster of out-of-the-box thinkers and technical experts, BC can cater to a wide spectrum of industries especially in advertising, retail, real estate, restaurants, interior design, and architectural applications.
Investing heavily in eco-friendly and cutting-edge technologies, BC prides in providing premium services such as latex roll-to-roll printing, UV flatbed direct printing, custom-made designs, and installation of textured wallpapers, stickers and other materials. Aside from that, it also provides fabrication of signage and light boxes.
Over the years, BC has easily become a renowned creative powerhouse that is trusted by local and foreign industry giants. To date, it continues to pursue creative innovation, sustainability, and excellence — expanding its reach and inspiring more industry players to up the ante in creativity and design.
In celebration of its long years of influential presence in the industry and also to introduce its most recent project, BC held an intimate afternoon gathering last Oct. 8 at SM Mall of Asia to celebrate its eighth anniversary and introduce its newly renovated showroom.
Like a home borne out of love and dreams, BC welcomed guests into a showroom that resembles that of a dream home. Each corner was like a world of its own — inviting guests to take a peek into the endless possibilities that BC can bring into real life.
From the floor and wall designs all the way to the activity booths, it was clear that BC’s world involved a vibrant and harmonious celebration of all things meaningful, tasteful, and captivating.
Hosted by TV darling Issa Litton, the program kicked off with BC’s business development manager Mary Sy talking about how the company began and how it manages to live out its vision with infinite possibilities and the 8 B’s that surrounds its vision: Bold, Build, Beautiful, Brilliant, Broad, Beyond, Bright, and Boundless.
After which, three interior designers — Rock Robins, owner of Rock Robins Interior Designs; Marcelo Alonso of Professional Practice; and Jennifer Soliman of J Designs — talked about their longstanding partnership with BC. Here, they discussed how they achieve design visions without limitations and the role that BC played in making all these possible.
Innovation and the constant endeavor for development are at the very core of BC. As a testament to the company’s dedication to be at the forefront of superior service without compromising the environment, BC took the opportunity to announce its strong partnership with Hewlett Packard (HP).
Sustaining HP’s Green technology with its large-format printing strategy, Dickson Poon, Southeast Asia sales development manager of HP Graphics Solutions Business, took the floor to discuss the new technology that will help BC achieve best results without jeopardizing the environment.
Ultimately, the technology will enable BC to have a wider variety of print applications using UV and latex prints, which gives more choice for customers.
Outputs include installations for indoor and outdoor advertising, retail displays and decors, exhibit and event graphics, vehicle graphics, customized signage and light boxes, photo and fine art canvas printing, interior décor and furniture, giveaways, corrugated board as props, point-of-purchase collaterals, unique packaging, invitations, plaques, and many more.
All these will be achieved without solvent hazardous air pollutants, producing safe prints for odor-sensitive environments like restaurants, homes, offices, and hospitals. This is because solvent prints emit volatile organic compounds. The prints are also guaranteed to not fade easily even for outdoor use, plus the prints are non-flammable, non-combustible and safe for building materials.
After Poon’s discussion, it was time for the ribbon-cutting and unveiling of the newly revamped showroom led by Max Teo, managing director of Union Inks & Graphics Singapore; Willy Sy, executive director of Primer Group of Companies; Mary Sy, Brushstroke Creatives’ business development manager; Mrs. Tessie Calixto Robles, Pasay City Hall representative; and Chris Coquia, SM MOA mall manager.
Like a typical housewarming, a toast was given to signal BC’s venture to serve the industry better with brighter and bolder designs but nonetheless sustainable and environmentally friendly. The guests also participated in a silent auction for the benefit of the Center of Outdoor Recreation and Expedition.
After the program, guests were treated to a symphony of senses as they marveled at the intricate and interestingly designed decors and installations at the showroom along with a doodle wall, live works from upcoming UST artists Keno Enriquez, Dustin Garva and Robin Gregorio, and a sticker installation demo.
Scrumptious food from the LJC Group catering service, refreshments from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Manny O. Wines, and Paradise and Mango Rum Liqueur, and cupcakes from Sweet Avenue Café were served.
Guests were also invited to have their photographs taken at Photo-Op’s photo booth. The official pen marker of the event was Sharpie. The official media partner of the event was One Mega Group. This event was also made possible by Rain Tree Restaurants, Island Rose, Delsey Luggage, Briggs & Riley, The Travel Club, G-Star Raw, Bauhaus, DC Shoes, Quiksilver, Flipsters, Tretorn, Timbuk2, Columbia Sportswear, Sanuk, Ellesse Italia, and Res Toe Run.
