Chef’s Noodle holds soft opening at SM The Block

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Since it opened its first branch in the Philippines — it was also the brand’s first outlet outside of South Korea — Chef’s Noodle has expanded all over Metro Manila to the delight of foodies, K-Pop fans, families, and basically anyone who is looking for more value for their money whenever they dine out.

And now, those who are living in the northern part of the metropolis can rejoice as Chef’s Noodle recently opened its latest branch, this time in SM North EDSA The Block.

A popular fast casual restaurant in South Korea, Chef’s Noodle offers a wide range of Korean specialties that have been exclusively developed by celebrity chef Choi In Sun, who’s well known in Korea specifically for his one-of-a-kind dish, the Starking Fire Sushi.

Aside from its signature dishes like Starking Fire Sushi and of course, the Chef’s Noodle, the restaurant is also widely popular for its delicious take on various Korean specialties like Haemul (Seafood) Pa Jun, Wanja Jun Steak, Leek Shrimp Twigim, Don Kas, Kimchi Bokkumbap, Spicy Pork Dupbap, Beef Curry Dupbap, Japchae, Jjampong, and Kimbap. A mix of various appetizers and mains, Chef’s Noodle’s menu is truly something worth looking into, as there’s always something for everyone.

It does not matter whether you are into vegetarian fare or if you are a big meat lover, as the restaurant has a lot of exciting dishes on offer that will surely catch your fancy.

To better introduce this popular Korean franchise in the country, Chef’s Noodle has tapped local celebrities Grace Lee and Down to Mars to be its proud endorsers. All of them share the same fondness for Korean food, which is an exciting mix of savory, sweet and of course, spicy. Whether it’s for a quick snack or a filling meal, Chef’s Noodle always has something deliciously delightful in store.

Complementing the delicious menu, Chef’s Noodle’s K-pop-inspired interiors make it even more inviting especially for the younger set, as it perfectly sets the ambiance for a truly enjoyable dining experience. It’s perfect for anyone who’s looking for a new place to dine in, families out for lunch, those who are out on a date or even big groups, as Chef’s Noodle’s branch at The Block has a loft-type setting that can conveniently accommodate group functions.

Inspired by all the best that Korea has to offer, Chef’s Noodle definitely makes for an exciting addition to the local dining scene, prompting it to continue broadening its reach by putting up more company-owned branches and through franchising.

Given the growing popularity of all things Korean not just in the Philippines but also worldwide, Chef’s Noodle also shows much promise in terms of being a profitable business even for first-time entrepreneurs.

As Chef’s Noodle in Korea also continues to branch out by making itself more available to other countries, it’s gaining better brand recall among Asian diners, hence making it an even more attractive business venture for aspiring franchisees.
