MANILA, Philippines - Tribeca Private Residences is the crown jewel of high-end lifestyle property developer Landco Pacific Corp. in the Muntinlupa area; it is a tourist destination in its own right. The property’s overall, master-planned design combines safe, secure, and quality home living with an eco-friendly, outdoors area for healthy active living.
Foreign and local visitors who wish to experience a taste of the Tribeca lifestyle are welcome to come over to tour and enjoy its amenities: Tribeca Private Residences is a showcase for a healthy lifestyle that combines outdoor activities and opportunities for relaxation.
Tribeca has 60 percent of its area devoted to open spaces called the Central Park which includes a football field, an activity and outdoor fitness circuit, and three swimming pools in the 1,800-square-meter Aquapark.
Tribeca’s outdoor area includes a park for resident families and guests where they can enjoy games, fitness activities, barbecues, and other gatherings with loved ones and friends.
Recently, Tribeca was a venue for a sporting event that has an international appeal. The event was the first Tribeca Football Festival at the property’s 7 Aside Football Field. Twenty-four youth teams from various schools and football clubs joined the event.
The football fest was organized in partnership with Chelsea FC Soccer School Philippines, famed Philippine National Football Team players Phil and James Younghusband, and Landco’s joint venture partner ATR-KimEng Land Inc.
The whole-day event featured exciting games among the young competitors. Winning teams were awarded by the Younghusband brothers and Landco officials led by Landco president and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III together with ATR-KimEng Land Inc. president Renato Leveriza. ATR is the largest non-bank investment house in the country.
“Football is a sport with an international following. We are very happy about the turnout and enthusiasm for the football fest, so another football fest may be held at Tribeca in the future. Local or foreign visitors, who are avid soccer fans as well, will enjoy watching these football games. These games, which are held in an international standard venue like the 7 Aside Football Field, provide and additional attraction for visitors,†said Xerez-Burgos.
Tribeca Private Residences is Landco’s first leisure and resort-inspired project in Metro Manila, which makes it attractive for buyers and visitors looking for leisure and relaxation right in the hustle and bustle of the city environs.
Tribeca Private Residences (which draws its inspiration from the New York Residences) is a 9.7-hectare condominium development project that comprise clusters of 15 medium-rise buildings (12 to 14 stories high), four of which are now almost fully occupied (except for a handful of units that are unoccupied but may have been bought for investment).
Landco is confident that once completed, all its towers will be fully occupied, as there is so much enthusiasm for resort living right within the metropolis.
“Last year alone, we generated at least P1 billion sales for our condo project — a windfall mainly coming from OFWs, immigrants and other local investors,†said Mawi de Ocampo, Landco’s AVP for corporate communications and marketing.
As an exclusive offering to Tribeca unit owners, Landco has established the Landco Privilege Club that will give them access to select leisure resort communities of Landco that include Club Punta Fuego, Playa Laiya, Playa Azalea, Playa Calatagan Beach Club, and the brand-new Aquaria beach resort and water park in Playa Calatagan’s Leisure Tourism Estate.
