Zest Air's Shanghai surprise

MANILA, Philippines - Zest Air now flies to Shanghai — the largest city by population in China and in the whole world.

Zest Air provides flights to this cosmopolitan, showcase city of China five times weekly beginning July 25. Budget travelers can book now and enjoy this additional destination in Zest Air’s already varied offerings of international routes. The Manila-Shanghai route comes at introductory base fare of P1,488.

Zest Air will be deploying its reliable and comfortable Airbus 320 aircrafts for the Manila-Shanghai route, which has a capacity of 180 seats. The flight conveniently lands at the main Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

Zest Air has an all Airbus fleet of 10 A/C at present, and is eyeing to expand its fleet with the acquisition of two more A320 aircraft by the fourth quarter of this year. It currently flies to over 25 domestic and international destinations, 19 domestic destinations such as Boracay via Kalibo, Bacolod, Busuanga, Calbayog, Cagayan De Oro, Catarman, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Manila, Masbate, Marinduque, Puerto Princesa, San Jose Mindoro, Tacloban, Tagbilaran, Tablas and Virac.  Zest Air’s other international destinations are Incheon and Pusan, Korea; Shanghai, Beijing and Taipei, Taiwan from Kalibo/Cebu. More international flights direct from Manila are also set to be offered this year such as Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Shanghai, China and Incheon Korea.  Zest Air is also eyeing the resumption of its Hong Kong flights and the opening of its Singapore routes soon.
