Emirates upgrades US network with new services to Dallas, Seattle
MANILA, Philippines - Filipino business and leisure travelers and overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) now have better access to the United States with Emirates Airline’s new daily non-stop flights to Dallas/Fort Worth and Seattle.
The two routes are the latest addition to the Dubai-based carrier’s US network, as Emirates Airline forges forward with its global expansion.
Both services are operated by Boeing 777 aircraft, offering the highest standards of passenger comfort, with luxurious private suites in First Class, lie-flat beds in Business Class and generously sized Economy Class seats.
“These new services emphasize Emirates’ confidence in, and long-term commitment to the United States,” said Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, chairman and chief executive of Emirates Airline and Group.
“With six gateways offering convenient connectivity from points across the country, customers traveling to and from the US will find it easier than ever to access our vast global network,” he added.
Gigie Baroa, Emirates’ Philippines country manager, said Emirates’ operations in the US — from Seattle, Dallas/Fort Worth, New York, Houston, Los Angeles and San Francisco — connects America to the world through the airline’s vast route network, with far-reaching links from Manila to Dubai to the Middle and Far East, the Indian subcontinent, and Africa.
“These outstanding services from Emirates Airline will surely give satisfaction to Filipino travelers to the US and North America, a dynamic route for Filipino tourists, professionals, businessmen, and OFWs,” Baroa said.
“The arrival of Emirates in Seattle and Dallas/Fort Worth is a colossal enhancement in connecting Manila to Texas, Washington state and Dubai — all very important destinations for tourism and business,” Baroa added.
Baroa said the new flights offer passengers from Manila with even easier access to the major cities in Texas and Washington state, supporting the growing business and leisure traffic between Asia, the Middle East, and the US via Emirates’ ultra-modern Dubai hub.
“As well as the high-quality service and entertainment that all Emirates flights have been known for, the new US services open a window of opportunity in travel options for Filipino passengers, especially since Dallas and Seattle are known as second homes to many of our countrymen,” Baroa said.
