Fernandez, former hotel manager of Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao, has had wide experience in hotel operations and food and beverage from various hotels in Switzerland and Manila.
Her five-year leadership in Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao resulted in a dramatic turn of its financial and structural aspect.
She independently carried out challenging projects on renovations and on the upkeep and maintenance of the over 40-year-old hotel building and its major operating equipment.
