At the Aqua Park launch, Playa Azalea homeowners and guests arrived by boat to an all-out party atmosphere, complete with jugglers, court jesters, and drum beaters.

They feasted on a variety of snacks such as nachos, chicharon, ice cream, and fruit shakes and joined activities like face painting, glitter tattoo, magic show, and spa treatments.

Once the crowd settled in, top Landco and Anflocor executives joined Fr. Ralph Kroes for the official blessing of the Aqua Park. Landco president and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III then welcomed the guests to the affair, while Anflocor senior vice president Ricardo Floirendo thanked the crowd for their support.

At the blessing’s culmination, Anflocor president Anthony Alexander Valoria gave his closing remarks and led participants in a toast. Balloons were released, followed by a Mardi Gras. A sumptuous buffet lunch capped the event.

Plaza Azalea follows on the heels of Landco’s initial Playa projects — Playa Calatagan in Calatagan, Batangas, and Playa Laiya in San Juan, Batangas.
