Pavilion lines up New Year festivities

MANILA, Philippines –  Manila Pavilion Hotel will enliven the coming of 2011 with a host of New Year festivities from simultaneous fun-filled events to gastronomic offerings.

At the forefront of Manila Pavilion’s exciting yearend activities is a New Year’s Eve countdown party at the Boulvar Sports Bar at the lobby level. The celebration features a live band performance in a countdown concert to usher in 2011 at P1,500 net per person on Dec. 31, 9 p.m. to 3 a.m., inclusive of P1,000 worth of consumable food and beverage and a complimentary glass of champagne with party pack.

A selection of gourmet holiday menus and buffets are also available on Dec. 31 in the hotel’s outlets: Seasons interactive lifestyle restaurant’s holiday buffet lunch and dinner at P1,800 net per person, inclusive of free-flowing sparkling wine, soda, or local beers; Peony Garden’s festive a la carte starting at P399 net; the Rotisserie’s four-course dinner set menu at P4,000 net per person, with a complimentary glass of red or white wine enjoyed with piano music and a singer serenading guests from 8 to 10:30 p.m.

On New Year’s Day, Seasons will offer buffet lunch at P2,000 net per person inclusive of free-flowing sparkling wine, soda or local beers.

At Boulvar, toast the joyous season with a splendid holiday selection of chill-out cocktail mixes and spirits, while the Rotisserie will serve gourmet a la carte dinner menu, with soothing piano music in the background.

A New Year’s Eve Mass at 9 p.m. will also be celebrated in the hotel’s Saint Lorenzo Chapel at the fifth level, to set off a meaningful start for 2011.
