MANILA, Philippines - Throughout the month of August, Manila Pavilion Hotel’s creative culinary experts present a sumptuous Asian culinary fare in its Seasons and Peony Garden restaurants.

The Seasons interactive lifestyle restaurant lays out a gustatory Asian-themed buffet on Thursdays and Fridays with the freshest herbs and spices to create the best-tasting dishes.

Satiate your cravings and let your taste buds do the trotting from one Asian country to another as you delight in delectable dishes such as poached Hainanese chicken, beef rendang, prawn sambal, Thai beef salad, Malaysian lemon chicken, and roti canai, to name a few. Lunch or dinner buffet is at P1,200 net, inclusive of free-flowing soda, iced tea or local beers.

Both Chinese and non-Chinese gourmands will find gustatory bliss in Peony Garden’s exquisite selection of Malaysian flavors.

A traditional yet fulfilling union of culture and taste from the Eastern region offered in an impressive a la carte menu for lunch and dinner includes, among others, steamed garoupa with spicy curry sauce; stir-fried prawns with asam curry sauce; deep-fried crab Malaysian-style; deep-fried bean curd skin roll with five-spice powder; double boiled mixed pork with bak kut teh herb; baked squid with banana leaf and special sauce; and prawn noodle soup Penang-style.
