Following the recent launch of Waterfront Hotels’ Central Reservations Office, a virtual one-stop service for all Waterfront Hotels nationwide, the website complements existing capabilities built toward the same goal of making hotel booking accessible and convenient for guests.
Both innovations — online booking and central reservations — are proof of the company’s continuous efforts to expand both its online and offline presence.
With increased online distribution, the group widens its reach to prospective clients. The results are evident in the surge in Internet-based bookings over the past year.
With the updated Waterfront website, the group foresees a 25-percent increase in online presence and production, on top of existing bookings.
This was primarily seen in the last couple of years with the growth of online business across the Waterfront Hotels.
The site developer is Libelle Creative Inc., under the creative direction of Waterfront’s management team and PR, advertising and events consultant A-List.
Providing a refreshing change from the old design, using shades of gray, black and white, the site adopts a sleeker look.
