MANILA, Philippines - Amandes Café and Patisserie takes the center stage at the Lancaster Hotel on Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City with its mouthwatering dishes, elegant ambiance and superb service.
Two years since it started operations, Amandes has already enjoyed a faithful clientele who loves its delectable unique intercontinental and Western menu.
Guests keep coming back for its bestsellers like fish and chips, double Angus burger, seafood pesto cream pasta, and Chilean sea bass. Guests, too, enjoy the free-flowing Batangas coffee and scrumptious cakes and pastries.
Owned by Josiah’s Catering Inc. Executive Chef Jasper Versoza and CEO Judith Versoza, Amandes Café and Patisserie is open from 6 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Amandes Café serves buffet breakfast and a la carte menu and provides the hotel’s room service. It also caters food for the function rooms and provides A-1 service to the 20-seat Peak, 40-seat Diamond Room, and 15-seat Sapphire Rooms A and B.
This year, Amandes has lined up exciting promos for its guests, says Jerry Burog, food and beverage manager.
“We have prepared a slew of promos and an interesting array of menu for the graduation and Lenten seasons for our guests,” he says.
