Pico de Loro Cove condos make weekend vacation lifestyle a reality

MANILA, Philippines - SM Land’s premier leisure development Hamilo Coast is finally shaping up to genuinely become the preferred vacation address this side of Batangas.

Bi-level units are installed with treated tanguile wood planks for stair treads. Solid surface acrylic kitchen and vanity countertops, and modular kitchen counter system with overhead cabinets and exhaust hood provisions add a touch of sophistication, while the three-bedroom penthouse and garden loft units come with a bathtub in the master bathroom.

While set amid a resort ambiance, modern and first-rate creature comforts are still provided within the residential units upon turnover, including provisions for cable TV connection and phone lines. Power and lighting switches and outlets are provided.

Provisions for other utilities are already provided as well, such as multi-split air-conditioning units, including drain pipes, multi-point instantaneous water heater tucked under bathroom lavatories, and power, water supply and side drain provisions for washing machines.

To ensure a truly worry-free vacation home, unit owners get to also take advantage of the lock-and-up-go lifestyle, with minimum upkeep required for their units. Round-the-clock security, reliable utilities, property maintenance, and other modern amenities give the discerning weekender more time to bond with family and friends, and peace of mind when they are back in the city.

Safety features similar to residential city dwellings are provided, with such unit features as an automatic fire sprinkler system with wall mounted and pendant sprinkler heads. Wi-Fi connection is also appointed in common areas of the building while common parking areas can be found within the cluster premises to ensure the convenience of traveling residents.

To provide both prospective buyers and current unit owners with a vision of seaside condo living, SM Land dressed up the ground floor units of Jacana building with furniture and accessories from retail giant Our Home, as well as with home appliances and electronics from SM Appliances.

Our Home played with the furnishings to develop three themes — contemporary, with clean lines and classic accessories; tropical, with brighter colors and more festive touches; and outback chic, which is more woodsy and earthy.

Pico de Loro condo units are truly spacious, with flexible and adaptable space planning that suits off the shelf items from such retail stores as Our Home. With Our Home’s design ideas at the ground floor units, homeowners could approach the retail store to use similar furniture packages in their own units.

Apart from Jacana, available clusters that will soon be completed include Carola and Miranda, affording more chances for city dwellers to call a seaside vacation home of their own.

Spacious interiors and a wide array of unit sizes are available to match various living preferences starting at one-bedroom units (42-45 sqm), to two-bedroom (91-94 sqm) and three-bedroom (141-154 sqm) units.
